Mrs. Davis began her journey in the field as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she experienced firsthand the challenges families face when seeking reliable, respectful care for their loved ones. Her deep understanding of these challenges inspired her to create and oversee care environments where seniors can truly thrive.
To better meet the needs of older adults—especially those living with cognitive impairments—Mrs. Davis earned a specialized certification in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. This advanced training allows her to guide families with empathy and expertise, ensuring each individual receives personalized support tailored to their needs.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jackie is a devoted mother of seven. She treasures time with her family, enjoys activities that strengthen her bond with her children, and draws inspiration from the values she instills at home. At just 23 years old, Devon Davis has already built an impressive foundation in senior care—following closely in the footsteps of his mother, Jackie Davis, and sharing her deep passion for serving older adults. His journey began at age 15, working in his family’s personal care homes, where he spent countless hours interacting with residents, leading games, and organizing activities that brought joy and connection to their days.
Devon holds a specialized certification in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, equipping him with the skills and understanding to support seniors living with cognitive challenges. His ability to combine clinical knowledge with genuine compassion makes him a trusted advocate for residents and their families.
A graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Devon brings both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to his work. While he could have chosen many career paths, he knew senior care was his true calling—driven by years of hands-on experience and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
